This is a job order for FARM WORKERS/ LABORERS.
This job opportunity is limited to qualified, available workers that are currently eligible to work in the United States, per federal regulation.
Job DescriptionThe person in this position will be harvesting, packaging, weeding, washing, and cooling row crop vegetables, pumpkins, berries, rhubarb, zucchini, celery, and corn.
Work is done in the field for long periods of time. The person may assist in handling product weighing up to 60 pounds and lifting to a height of 3 feet. Workers must work on their feet in bent positions for long periods of time, requiring repetitive movements and extensive walking.
Work is required in fields when plants are wet with dew and rain, and may be required during light rain, snow, moderate winds, direct sun, high humidity and extreme temperatures. Temperatures in fields during working hours can range from 30 to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The person may be required to work during occasional showers not severe enough to stop field operations.
Job Requirements- Willing to commit to the entire contract period
- 2 months of experience in harvesting of row crop vegetables and general farm labor experience
- Able to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
Contract period:
May 25th, 2026 through November 23rd, 2026
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Salary/Wage/Benefits$17.13 per hour
The payroll period shall be bi-weekly.
The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies and personal protective equipment required in the performance of the specified work.
Employer provided housing/kitchen facilities are available for employees who are unable to reasonably return to their place of residence the same day.
