Fire Safety Specialist

Uni First is seeking a Fire Safety Specialist to support customers with first aid, safety, and fire protection solutions. In this field-based role, you will inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and safety equipment, restock first aid supplies, ensure regulatory compliance, and train customer staff on safe use and emergency readiness. You'll manage service routes, document inspections, and partner with operations to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and maintain fire extinguishers and related safety equipment at customer sites.
• Restock and organize first aid and safety supplies according to standards and regulations.
• Document all inspections, services, and deficiencies using company systems and tools.
• Educate and train customer employees on proper use of fire and safety equipment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety codes, standards, and company policies.
• Plan and manage a daily service route to meet customer schedules and expectations.
• Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions or additional products/services.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to resolve service issues and support customer retention.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe, and organized condition.
