Qualifications& Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
- Experience in a K-12 school environment is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and support staff
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students based on their individual needs (caseload details forthcoming)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in a school setting
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
- Full‑time schedule - 37.5 hours per week for a consistent and rewarding work/life balance
