We are currently hiring a reliable and safety-oriented Class A CDL Driver to join our transportation team. This position includes a mix of solo and team driving
, Over-the-Road (OTR) assignments into Oregon at least one day per week
, and overnight deliveries to company depots across Washington and Oregon
. Drivers will also operate Class B CMVs for local deliveries and may be required to break down pallets for route salespeople in Olympia and Port Orchard, WA
. You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity between 36,000- and 80,000-pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Following scheduled deliveries, the driver will pick up products from suppliers in both Tillamook and Beaverton, Oregon on a weekly basis
. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-focused, and committed to supporting coverage needs during vacations, PTO, or high-volume periods

Pay$30.00/hour to start; increases to $32.00/hour after 90 days
ScheduleFull-Time (40 hours/week)
Typical Start Times- Sunday/Monday: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
- OTR:
Tuesday 8:30 p.m. – Thursday 2:00 a.m. - Thursday/Friday: 9:0 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. (Occasional weekends required to support holiday schedules or team coverage)
- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
- Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
- Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) between 36,000 and 80,000 lbs.
- Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to tractor unit
- Transport goods to and from Puyallup to assigned destinations in Washington & Oregon
- Pick‑up loads and organize goods in an ordered, logical manner
- Break down pallets for route salespeople at designated delivery sites in Olympia and Port Orchard, WA
- Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage
- Safely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations
- Stay on predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with distribution center as needed
- Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the order document
- Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
- Check weather conditions and road reports before departure
- Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
- Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, add oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)
- Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
- Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times
- Understand and operate Electronic Log Data Book (ELD)
- Track and report working hours
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
- Comply with ICC and DOT regulations
- Always make safety a priority
- Clean driving record with no moving violations
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid Class A driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic
- 1-2 years proven experience with tractor‑trailer driving
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Comfortable maneuvering and parking a tractor‑trailer
- Comfortable with overnight driving, team driving, and long‑haul OTR assignments
- Alert, focused, and detail‑oriented
- Physically and mentally fit (frequently bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting up)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including pallet breakdowns
- Able to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
- Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
- An innate sense of direction
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
- Great Customer Service Skills
- High level of composure and good stress management
This is a Safety Sensitive Position. Applicants for positions defined as safety sensitive are required to undergo drug testing prior to employment and, after commencement of employment, will be subject to random, post‑accident, reasonable suspicion, return‑to‑duty, and follow‑up drug and alcohol testing protocols.
