• Pay Rate: $80,000 to $125,000 per year for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• Pay Rate while in training: $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $15,000 depending on experience.
• Schedule:
  
  3rd Shift overnight position.

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit a DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to its destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or People Net) in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver the product to the customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely, including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
