General Laborer

Friday through Monday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM with opportunities for overtime.

$21.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Perform general labor tasks at the transfer station, including site cleanup and equipment support.
• Safely flag and direct traffic entering and exiting the facility.
• Assist customers with unloading and disposal processes.
• Operate minor equipment as needed.
• Occasionally drive within the landfill area (requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physically demanding outdoor role.
• Comfortable working in environments with strong odors and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations if needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position and requires passing a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
