Customer Service Representative

This position pays $17.13 - $17.50 per hour, plus tips. Paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Orient and train new team members on the job.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain safety by avoiding fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts; handle loading/unloading with hand trucks; lift and move items up to 72 inches high; perform forward bending at the pizza assembly station.
• Serve deliveries, driving to customers, navigating multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, washing work surfaces, and answering phones.

• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Experience taking and processing orders.
• Ability to handle short walks and brief standing; ability to lift and move items to shelves up to 72" high.
• Capable of working under stress and meeting strict quality control standards.
• Proficient with computers, telephones, calculators, and basic kitchen equipment (pizza cutter, pizza peel, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive safely, including at night.

• Work environment includes fumes from food odors, cramped spaces, walk‑in cooler, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Working on foot, short distances, short durations; walking on surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Paperwork completed at a desk or table in office area.

• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while performing deliveries during shift.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive safely, including at night.
