• Promptly arriving at yard to pick up truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (≈50% driving, ≈50% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

• Full‑time, year‑round work with overtime opportunities
• Wage progression: $24.00/hr for first 6 months, $25.00/hr after 6 months, $27.00/hr after 12 months, $29.00/hr after 18 months
• Schedule:
  
  5:00 AM start, Monday‑Friday (some weekends)
• 100% employer‑paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family

• On‑the‑job training and tuition reimbursement

• 1+ year in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT
• Safety‑sensitive position – subject to pre‑employment and random drug screening, including THC
• Ability to lift 50‑150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with the public, follow traffic signs, and respond to official inquiries without assistance

Company‑paid one‑week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA (Honey Bucket University)
