Position

Sanitation Associate

$750-$850 per week

Set at time of hire.

Shifts:

3:00 AM to finish, 2:30 PM to finish, 9:00 PM to finish.

Puyallup, WA (Onsite), 2200 North Meridian

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices.
• Work alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Maintain direct contact with customer staff and delivery personnel in a positive manner.
• Assign to specified areas to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to lift/carry 25–75 lbs. Materials handled vary.
• Experience handling pallets per Capstone management and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of safety and ability to keep supervisor and manager informed of conditions, accomplishments, and concerns.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods in office and warehouse environment.
