- Experience operating a Cherry Picker or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Strong attendance, reliability, and a team-player mindset.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
