Expediter​/Inventory - Carton Shop

Pay range: $18.50 to $22.52 per hour.

Summary:

Supports warehouse operations by retrieving, sorting, and preparing products for customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe handling and shipping.

• Retrieve customer orders, locate products and share locations with team members.
• Pull reports as needed and close out orders when complete.
• Follow established standard operating procedures.
• Sort and stack product accurately by type and size.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of inventory racks and staging areas.
• Load and unload product manually.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Package product as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• No previous experience required; prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers.

Skills / Knowledge

• Accurate tape measure reading.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and >50 lbs using team lift.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling for extended periods. Requires strong hand manipulation, ability to work in a non climate‑controlled environment with high noise levels, and use of hearing protection as needed.

Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth vision, and focus adjustment.
