Office assistant vacancy in Lusail Qatar

Office Assistant - Indian Nationals (Contract)

As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential support to the daily operations of our company. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with a proficiency in English and the ability to work in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute them to relevant parties
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, faxes, and packages
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the company
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Requirements
  • Indian nationality with valid work permit in Qatar
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis
