Administrator (Indian)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This full-time position is suitable for men with their own visa and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and preparing payroll
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1600$ per month.
