Administrative Manager

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker from Pakistan, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. This role does not require prior experience, but the successful candidate must be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is $1100 per month, and accommodation will be provided. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks in the office, including coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing the work of other administrative staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining office efficiency by implementing and improving office procedures and policies.

To excel in this role, you must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as you will be liaising with different departments within the company as well as external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the office
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for executives
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff members
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
  • Communicate with external partners to coordinate projects or events
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker from Pakistan preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role is not required but is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver
  • Must be able to start immediately
