Administrative Manager Vacancy in Lusail, Qatar

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. This position is suitable for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience in an administrative role.

As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff and providing guidance and support when needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. A contract job offer is available with a competitive salary of $1500, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. This position is suitable for men who are able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative staff
  • Monitor budgetary expenses
  • Handle visa sponsorship for international employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
  • Suitable for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates
  • Visa sponsorship and contract job offer available
