Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar
We are looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, organizing meetings and events, and handling phone inquiries.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and follow up with customers as needed.
- Handle general inquiries from the public and support daily office operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of office procedures and proficiency in computer operations (MS Office).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable in meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates from India who are native or fluent in English. Freshers are welcome to apply.
