Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative tasks and providing support to our English-speaking team.

• Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist with correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues in English.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by tracking progress and following up on deadlines.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Handle any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

• Indian national currently residing in Lusail, Qatar.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
