Contract Staff Assistant (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Staff Assistant in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract position open to Indian nationals who possess excellent English communication skills and hold a valid biometric passport. As a Contract Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records and documentation.

You will also be expected to assist with various office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling phone calls and emails. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in English is essential for this role as you will be communicating with both internal team members and external clients.

• This is a contract position with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.
