Administrative Assistant – Part Time – Lusail, Qatar

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to speak both English and the local language fluently. The ideal candidate will also have experience with biometric passport management.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to our team in all areas of operations. This includes filing paperwork, processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating scheduling, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. They should also have strong customer service skills and be able to work well independently or as part of a team.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are Indian nationals or those with a valid Indian passport. However, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of nationality or location. This is a part-time position with flexible hours available.
