Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar

We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Manage and lead the sales team in achieving company goals and targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $900/month (tax-free)
