Position: Partnerships and Retail Media (B2B and B2G)  Sales Executive
Location: Lusail

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships and Retail Media (B2B and B2G) Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and retail media sales with institutions, corporate clients, and government. Your goal will be to create compelling offers and exclusive deals that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our delivery platform.

What

You’ll Get Your Hands On
  • Identify, negotiate, and assist Head of Department in managing strategic partnerships with SMEs, MNCs, public market and financial institutions.
  • Hunting and farming of corporate accounts, including tailoring media packages, subscription models.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch partnership-driven campaigns, including co‑branded promotions and seasonal offers.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners and corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in Qatar to continuously innovate corporate and partnership strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and retail media sales, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
The Magic You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, retail media or corporate sales, preferably in tech, food delivery, or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Good network and experience in both the Public and Private market in Qatar.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
