Catalogue Coordinator
Catalogue Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end categorization framework and ensuring a seamless product discovery experience across the platform. The role also oversees moderation quality, ensuring both AI-driven and human moderation processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Category & Catalog Ownership- Own and maintain an optimized and scalable category tree across the app.
- Define product groups, subcategories, and tagging structures to improve discoverability and overall customer experience.
- Ensure all products are accurately tagged to the appropriate categories.
- Resolve complex or unclear categorization cases through manual research and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze catalogue and product performance to identify high-potential and underperforming categories and items.
- Provide continuous feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue structure and user experience.
- Recommend visibility strategies for trending, seasonal, and high-demand products or categories.
- Own end-to-end quality governance across moderation outputs, ensuring high accuracy and consistency at scale.
- Evaluate automated and manual moderation performance, identify gaps, and drive alignment in decision-making standards.
- Identify systemic quality issues, quantify impact, and lead initiatives to improve moderation effectiveness.
- Validate quality frameworks for new features or process changes before rollout.
- Partner with Product and Content teams to resolve quality gaps and influence improvements.
- Lead training and coaching initiatives to uplift team capability and reduce recurring human errors.
- Generate regular reports on category structure health.
- Generate regular reports on AI moderation performance.
- Generate regular reports on gaps in content quality.
- Generate regular reports on gaps in Human Moderation.
- Share insights and impact with relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in catalog management, content operations, e-commerce, or product data management.
- Experience working with AI moderation tools, content quality frameworks, or platform governance is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and align with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is an advantage.
