Account Manager - Talent Pool

This role is part of our talent pool for upcoming opportunities in 2026. We’re connecting with great people as we continue to grow ase note that this is not an active role, so feedback will not be shared at this stage.

• Account Ownership:
  Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to maximize their performance on Snoonu (GMV, Orders, NCR, Promotions, Operation).
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyse key KPIs, and proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
• Campaign Management:
  Work with the marketing and growth teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Relationship Management:
  Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
• Data-Driven Growth:
  Use insights and reports to recommend actions to improve visibility, sales, and partner satisfaction.
• Operational Coordination:
  Liaise with support, logistics, content, and tech teams to ensure operational excellence and menu accuracy.
• Retention & Expansion:
  Proactively identify upsell opportunities, such as new features, exclusive deals, or premium placement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development — ideally in F&B, tech, or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
