Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data-driven decision-making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu’s verticals.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On- Define and track key business KPIs and targets
- Monitor performance across verticals and markets
- Identify drivers of performance deviations
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover issues
- Partner with teams to implement corrective actions
- Support core strategy team with reviews with actionable insights
- Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes
- 5–8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business
