Senior Product Manager; SnooLaundry & Snoosend

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of innovative and market-leading features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all phases of product development.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product offering.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for future iterations.
• Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Experience:
  
  4+ years in product management or equivalent experience; experience in delivery services is a big plus.
• Agile Expertise:
  Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.

  Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
