What You'll Get Your Hands On
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new verticals operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities to streamline service operations, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement data backed strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with teams to develop training programs that enhance staff skills, improve service standards, and ensure consistent performance across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in the services market, introducing innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular performance reports, present insights to senior management, and communicate actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management and onboarding, performance analysis, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and improving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel; experience with performance management software is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Arabic will be an advantage).
