Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct market analysis and present findings to upper management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Travel frequently within India to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Ability to travel frequently within India as needed (approx. 30% of time)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission on sales.
Contract job without accommodation.
