Catalog Trainer

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catalog Trainer to drive training excellence and process standardization across our regional catalog operations. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, maintaining SOPs, identifying process gaps, and ensuring consistent execution across internal and outsourced teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, guides, SOPs, and knowledge resources for catalog operations.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for regional teams, new hires, and outsourced partners.
• Lead SOP alignment workshops to ensure consistent understanding and execution across markets.
• Identify process and SOP gaps, recommend improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, quality scores, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor SOP adherence and collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze recurring errors and performance trends to identify training needs and corrective actions.
• Act as the central point of contact for process updates, ensuring timely communication and adoption across teams.
• Support change management initiatives by developing training plans for new tools, processes, and operational changes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize catalog operations and improve overall content quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Content Operations, Catalog Management, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience developing training content, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Experience working with regional teams and outsourced operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or catalog operations is preferred.

• Strong training, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of process documentation, SOP management, and operational excellence.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
