Snoonu is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team with key operational responsibilities. This role will be responsible for data management, supplier coordination, and claims handling, ensuring smooth day-to-day procurement operations. By handling these essential functions, the Procurement Specialist will allow the Procurement Manager to focus on high-value negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On Procurement Operations & Data Management- Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, and product catalogues.
- Accurately enter purchase orders into the system.
- Track order statuses and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams.
- Handle supplier onboarding, documentation, and system entries.
- Maintain supplier records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving operational issues.
- Manage supplier-related claims, including delivery discrepancies and damaged goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Penny and Odoo is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with ability to handle supplier claims efficiently.
