Procurement Coordinator

Snoonu is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team with key operational responsibilities, including data management, supplier coordination, and claims handling.

• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, and product catalogues.
• Accurately enter purchase orders into the system.
• Track order statuses and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle supplier onboarding, documentation, and system entries.
• Maintain supplier records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving operational issues.
• Manage supplier‑related claims, including delivery discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Penny and Odoo is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to handle supplier claims efficiently.
