Account Associate – Ventures

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying, pitching, and closing marketing service opportunities with event organizers and partners.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts throughout the full lifecycle: onboarding, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and outboarding.
• Develop tailored marketing proposals, budget plans, and performance forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables, creatives, ad operations, and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication, expectation management, and solution‑oriented support.
• Provide regular reporting, insights, and ROI‑driven recommendations to clients.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Ensure all campaigns follow efficient internal processes and align with Snoonu (S City) standards and best practices.
• Whenever required, be available for on‑ground event operations for coordination.

• 2–3 years of experience in events, account management, sales, business development, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high‑volume environment.
• Relationship‑driven approach with strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in English;
  Arabic will be a plus.
