Project Coordinator
Location: Doha, Qatar

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the progress of multiple interior design projects. This role focuses on project coordination, timeline management, task follow-up, and communication across teams to ensure every project progresses smoothly and is delivered on schedule.
This is not a design or engineering position. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities- Track the progress of all active projects.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
- Follow up daily with team members on assigned tasks.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Schedule and conduct regular project briefing meetings.
- Update project trackers and status reports.
- Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and escalate them when necessary.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Monitor client feedback and ensure all comments are addressed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
- Ensure each project has clear next steps and action items.
- Support management in maintaining efficient project workflows.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management tools such as Click Up, , Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
