Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the progress of multiple interior design projects. This role focuses on project coordination, timeline management, task follow-up, and communication across teams to ensure every project progresses smoothly and is delivered on schedule.

This is not a design or engineering position. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track the progress of all active projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
  • Follow up daily with team members on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Schedule and conduct regular project briefing meetings.
  • Update project trackers and status reports.
  • Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Monitor client feedback and ensure all comments are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
  • Ensure each project has clear next steps and action items.
  • Support management in maintaining efficient project workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Click Up, , Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
