Job Overview

The Business Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partners for Snoonu. They play a crucial role in expanding Snoonu's market presence by generating leads, establishing connections with potential partners, and onboarding them onto the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads for potential business partners, including restaurants and cafes.
  • Utilize various channels such as online research, networking events, and referrals to find new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to potential partners through cold calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Present Snoonu’s value proposition effectively to prospective partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to facilitate successful partnerships.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup on the Snoonu platform.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents and information required for onboarding.
  • Provide training and support to new partners on using Snoonu’s tools and services.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners to secure favorable agreements for Snoonu.
  • Close deals and convert leads into active business partners.
  • Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurately documented and stored.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and partner interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities and performance metrics.
  • Update Salesforce and other CRM tools with relevant information.
  • Work closely with the partnership and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of new partners.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of acquisition plans and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
