Business Performance Analyst Specialist

The Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data driven decision making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu's verticals.

• Define and track key business KPIs and targets
• Monitor performance across verticals and markets

• Identify drivers of performance deviations
• Conduct deep dive analysis to uncover issues

• Partner with teams to implement corrective actions
• Provide actionable insights to core strategy team
• Support budgeting process

• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes

• 5-8 years experience in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business
