The Business Performance Analyst Specialist will drive real-time business performance monitoring and enable data-driven decision-making by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu’s verticals.

• Define and track key business KPIs and targets
• Monitor performance across verticals and markets

• Identify drivers of performance deviations
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover issues

• Partner with teams to implement corrective actions
• Support core strategy team with reviews with actionable insights
• Support budgeting process

• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes

5–8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business
