We are looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter who can lead copy across our marketing ecosystem from CRM and in-app experiences to large-scale campaigns and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is both a strong writer and a strategic thinker, with deep cultural understanding of the Qatari market and the ability to turn insights into impactful, performance-driven copy.

• Own and write high-impact CRM copy across Push Notifications, Whats App, SMS, and Email.
• Lead copy for in-app banners and product surfaces, turning business goals into clear, action-driven messaging.
• Develop campaign ideas and narratives end-to-end from naming and taglines to key messages and supporting copy.
• Write and adapt copy for Social Media and Digital Ads, maintaining tone, clarity, and brand voice.
• Write VO scripts for brand films, campaign videos, and social content with a strong sense of tone, rhythm, and spoken flow.
• Write subtitles and on-screen text for videos, ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment with visuals and VO.
• Localize and adapt content for the Qatari market with cultural accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, content production, editors, CRM, and performance teams.
• Contribute to ideation and creative direction, not just execution.
• Review and elevate copy quality across projects, setting a high bar for craft and clarity.

• Proven experience as a Copywriter, with clear senior-level ownership.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with a strong command of the Qatari dialect (mandatory).
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of CRM, social media, digital ads, and video copy.
• Ability to write copy that works both on paper and on screen.
• Comfortable working fast, handling multiple projects, and adapting quickly.
• Confident communicator who can explain and defend copy choices.

• Experience in apps, e-commerce, or tech platforms.
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior writers.
• Strong interest in branding, storytelling, and local culture.
