ESP Engineered in Qatar is looking for a Business Finance Specialist to support the Marketplace GM in commercial operations. You will own the Marketplace P&L and lead financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in commercial finance, a track record of business partnering, and the ability to analyze complex datasets.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, strong financial modeling skills, and familiarity with tools like Power BI and TM1. A collaborative and agile mindset is essential.
