Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the CFO, including calendar management, correspondence, presentations, and executive reporting.
- Support budgeting cycles, financial reviews, board materials, and management reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact between the CFO and internal teams, auditors, banks, investors, and external advisors.
- Prepare, review, and manage financial decks, reports, contracts, and confidential documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Operations teams to track priorities and follow up on key initiatives.
- Monitor deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across finance‑related projects and leadership requests.
- Assist with financial analysis, research, and data gathering to support decision‑making.
- Handle highly sensitive financial and strategic information with absolute discretion.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgment.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑level executives, ideally within Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
- Strong financial literacy and the ability to understand financial statements, reports, and key business metrics.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact confidently at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
- Experience with budgets, audits, banking relationships, or board materials.
- Exposure to ERP systems, finance tools, or CRM platforms.
- Prior experience in high‑growth tech or startup environments.
- Arabic proficiency (strongly preferred).
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
