As Senior Manager
- Business Finance, you'll be the backbone of Commercial Finance and the finance co-pilot to the Chief Commercial Officer. You'll connect vertical P&Ls into one commercial narrative, arbitrate growth-versus-margin trade-offs, and build the commercial finance capability that sits in every room where the business gets decided.

You won't just be the co-pilot yourself - you'll build and develop the Commercial Business Finance team, ensuring every vertical GM has a trusted finance business partner helping shape better decisions.

• Serve as the finance co-pilot to the Chief Commercial Officer on pricing, partnerships, and the commercial calls that shape business performance
• Own the consolidated commercial P&L across all verticals and translate vertical performance into one platform narrative for the CCO, CFO, and executive leadership
• Build, lead, and develop the Commercial Business Finance team, placing a trusted finance partner next to every vertical GM
• Define the commercial finance operating model: business review cadences, scorecards, ROI frameworks, investment governance, and a single source of truth for commercial performance
• Own the financial architecture behind the company's largest commercial levers: commission structures, take-rate strategy, promotion and incentive budgets, strategic partnerships, and marketing co-investment
• Lead growth-versus-profitability decisions with clear options and recommendations, challenging commercial assumptions when the evidence points to a better path
• Translate commercial strategy into targets, budgets, and plans, and steer performance forward with Finance, Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Operations by surfacing risks and opportunities before they land in the actuals

• Proven experience partnering with C-level commercial leaders, with a track record of becoming the trusted finance advisor to a Chief Commercial Officer, General Manager, or equivalent executive
• Experience building and leading Commercial Finance or Business Finance teams and developing finance professionals into business partners commercial leaders want in the room
• Deep understanding of marketplace economics: revenue models, take rates, contribution margin, promotions, incentives, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
• Strong executive communication skills, distilling complex topics into compelling one-page narratives that hold the room at leadership level
• Opinionated but constructive: brings a point of view backed by data while building alignment and strong cross-functional relationships
• Builder's mindset, creating scalable processes and raising organizational capability in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• 8+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance, preferably within food delivery, q-commerce, marketplaces, e-commerce, or other technology-enabled consumer businesses
• Strong grasp of restaurant economics, pricing, promo mechanics, and customer incentives - knowing where value is created and where margin leaks
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise planning platforms (IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 or similar) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL is an advantage
