Senior Financial Analyst

UCC Holding is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in group financial reporting, IFRS compliance, complex consolidations, and external audit coordination within a holding company or diversified group environment.

• Prepare Holding-level monthly and quarterly management reporting packs, including variance analysis and executive commentary.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage complex multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, NCI, and foreign currency translation adjustments.
• Coordinate end-to-end external audits, including PBC schedules, audit queries, and timely sign-off.
• Support technical accounting assessments, position papers, budgets, forecasts, and board reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Fully qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (mandatory).
• 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and audit coordination.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a Holding Company, Group Finance, or Shared Services Reporting Function

• Strong hands-on experience preparing IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements.
• Experience managing external audits and complex group reporting structures.
• Knowledge of IFRS 10, IFRS 3, IAS 21, IAS 28, and IFRS 12
  .
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
  , and advanced Excel. Exposure to HFM, One Stream, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or Cognos Controller is an advantage.
• Big 4 audit background and GCC experience are highly desirable.
