The Housekeeping Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lusail. The Housekeeping Specialist will perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, following established standards and schedules. Responsibilities include handling laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens, as well as restocking amenities and reporting maintenance issues. The role also involves interacting courteously with guests or residents, responding to service requests, and supporting team members to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

The Housekeeping Specialist is expected to follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols and participate in regular training sessions to maintain quality standards.

• Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, surface sanitizing, and organizing supplies
• Experience with laundry operations such as sorting, washing, drying, and handling linens
• Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests, residents, and team members
• Ability to participate in and apply training related to cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks safely
• Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, or residential cleaning is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
