Cruise Line Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Cruise Line Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of cruise line operations. This includes managing schedules, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with cruise line management to develop and maintain schedules for ship departures and arrivals
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Oversee the maintenance of the cruise line's facilities and equipment
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cruise line operations or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
