Senior Strategy Project Manager

Overview

The Senior Strategy Project Manager will lead inter-department cross-functional strategic initiatives, acting as an internal advisor to leadership by translating corporate priorities into clear strategic narratives, financial models, and investment-grade business cases.

Operating in a Super App environment, this role will work across multiple verticals and markets, solving complex business problems and enabling leadership to make informed, high-impact decisions. You translate the company strategy into vertical level.

• Strategic Project Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across verticals and markets
  • Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
  • Drive projects from problem definition to executive recommendation
• Narrative & Decision Support
  • Develop clear, structured narratives for leadership and board-level discussions
  • Translate complex analyses into concise recommendations
  • Support CEO/C-suite in strategic decision-making
• Financial Modeling & Business Cases
  • Build investment-grade financial models to evaluate:
    • New verticals
    • Market expansion
    • Pricing and monetization strategies
  • Assess ROI, scalability, and long-term impact of initiatives
• Market & Strategic Insights
  • Conduct deep market and competitive analysis
  • Identify opportunities across:
    • User growth
    • Marketplace dynamics
    • New revenue streams
• Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Ensure strategic recommendations are grounded in execution feasibility
• Selective Execution Oversight
  • Support leadership in translating strategy into execution plans
  • Track progress of key initiatives
  • Ensure recommendations are actionable and measurable

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or Tier
  2) or in-house strategy roles
• Strong experience in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic problem solving
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Experience in marketplace, Super App, or tech-driven environments
• Exposure to multi-market or regional strategy
• Strong commercial and business acumen
