The RoleThe Chief Shared Services Officer will lead the group’s shared services strategy, consolidating and optimising functions including Human Resources, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and Corporate Services. The role will establish service standards, improve operational efficiency, implement automation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement across the organisation. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the CSSO will ensure that shared services operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining high levels of governance, cost optimisation, and internal customer satisfaction.
CandidateProfile
Candidates should possess extensive executive leadership experience overseeing shared services within large, diversified organisations. Strong expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, governance, ERP implementation, and service delivery models is essential. Experience leading multi-functional corporate support teams within the GCC is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide operational improvements.
