We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product to lead our Operations & Logistics teams. This role focuses on developing innovative customer, merchant, and courier support services, while also driving logistics and delivery efficiency. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational processes, ensuring that our logistics solutions set new standards for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams, establishing a clear vision and ensuring that all initiatives align with Snoonu’s strategic goals.
• Roadmap and OKRs Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive roadmaps for the logistics and operations teams, focusing on initiatives that drive value for both the business and customers. Track and evaluate progress through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Coaching and Mentoring: Foster a culture of growth by coaching a team of Product Managers, helping them refine their skills and progress in their careers at Snoonu.
