Location: Lusail
UCC Holding seeks a Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost governance and performance management across offshore EPC projects in Oil, Gas and Power sectors. You will steer budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while mentoring Cost Control Managers and Cost Engineers to ensure consistency and transparency across the project portfolio.
The role requires a minimum 15 years in cost control, strong leadership, and experience with mega EPC programs.
