Role Overview

Aqualeena Trading and Services is a premier provider of luxury planters and artificial plants in Qatar. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to expand our professional network and manage our growing B2B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Take ownership of existing B2B accounts, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new project opportunities.
  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively search for, approach, and "open doors" with new potential B2B customers across Qatar.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct site visits and client meetings to provide expert product suggestions and design recommendations.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-value B2B leads transferred from the marketing and admin team.
  • Sales Operations: Create professional presentations and quotations, perform consistent follow-ups, and handle the final closing and contract process.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (Construction, Interior Design, or Luxury Goods experience in Qatar is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Must be confident in high-level professional environments.
  • Driver’s License: Valid Qatar Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is highly preferred for site visits and client meetings.
  • Mindset: A "closer" mentality—you are motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions.
  • Location: Based in Qatar.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including a 1-hour break).
  • Base Salary: 4,000 – 6,000 QAR (Based on experience).
  • Commission Structure:
  • 1% on sales from existing B2B accounts.
  • 1.5% on leads referred through company social media/marketing.
  • 2% on new accounts acquired through proactive cold-calling and approaching.
