Cruise Line

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cruise Line Sales Representative to join our team in Lusail. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling cruise line packages to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills as well as a strong knowledge of the cruise industry.

• Promote and sell cruise line packages to potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase repeat business
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, promotions and offerings
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Attend trade shows, events and conferences to promote the company’s products
• Assist with booking reservations and processing payments
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the cruise industry
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the cruise industry including popular destinations, ships and packages
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work on weekends or evenings as needed
• Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Salary: $1,500 per month
