Welcome to Your Next Adventure!
Owns the strategy, execution, and performance of restaurant and retail partner acquisition for Snoonu's food and e-commerce business. Builds and leads a team of 10+ Business Acquisition Specialists, sets targets, and ensures the team's activities (lead generation, outreach, onboarding, negotiation) roll up into measurable growth in partner supply, GMV, and assortment. In addition to acquisition, leads the partner success team, supporting SME merchants to grow on Snoonu.

- Define the annual and quarterly acquisition strategy (target verticals, geographies, partner tiers, assortment gaps) in line with company growth goals.
- Set team structure and individual/team targets; hire, coach, and develop Specialists and Business Development Managers.
- Align acquisition strategy with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Category teams.
- Oversee lead generation and pipeline management across the team; ensure CRM (Salesforce) discipline and forecast accuracy.
- Personally lead and close strategic, high-value, or complex partner negotiations (major chains, strategic partners).
- Set commercial terms frameworks that Specialists negotiate within.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding funnel and set standards for time to live, document accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
- Work with Operations and Product to remove friction in getting new partners live on the platform.
- Track market trends, and whitespace opportunities.
- Translate market research into acquisition strategy shifts (new verticals, pricing, cross functional collaboration).
- Net new active partners onboarded per month/quarter (by vertical and area)
- GMV contributed by newly acquired partners
- Partner retention, churn rate, and satisfaction
- 6+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships, including 2+ years in a team leadership role; q commerce, e commerce, or similar experience strongly preferred.
- Track record of building and scaling a sales or business development team and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable closing high value or complex deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data driven pipeline management.
- Deep knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Arabic language is a strong plus.
- Strong people leadership: coaching, motivating, and developing a distributed sales team.
- Strategic thinker who can translate market insight into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management across cross functional and senior audiences.
