Sales Manager - Lusail

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail Qatar As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with clients

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• Must be Pakistani nationality

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead train and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
• Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and client referrals
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
• Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to promote company products services
